Woodhaven's a slice of Americana, where one could stand at the end of a block and see American flags hanging from porches of quaint brick rowhouses.  "We were patriotic before it was chic to be patriotic," said Arlene Annunziata, vice president of the Woodhaven Resident's Block Association.
