WRBA celebrates 38 years

The Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association (WRBA) celebrated its 38th year of service to the community with a dinner dance at Villa Russo. “Man of the Year” was Reverend Frank C. Tumino, Pastor, St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church; “Woman of the Year” was Judy M. Graves; “Business owner of the Year” was Hanshi Myron M. Lubitsch; and “Community Volunteer of the Year” was Edward K. Wendell.
