Abandoned home terrifies neighbors

"It has been abandoned for a couple of month and taken over by thugs and vandals," said Edward Wendell, president of the Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association, a volunteer group. "It's covered by graffiti. You'd be shocked by how brazen these people are going into the house."
