After Night Out, precincts still look to community for help

Ed Wendell, president of the Woodhaven Residents Block Association, offers to partner with the precincts as a way to get the word out to the community. He has 100 members, an e-mail list of 400 and over 1,500 connections on Facebook and Twitter.
