Civic group starts new push to get historic Forest Park Carousel landmark status

Concerned about the fate of the Forest Park Carousel, which has been shuttered since 2008, civic leaders -- including the Woodhaven Residents' Block Association -- have launched a new effort to win the historic amusement landmark status.
