A call to fight street changes affecting Woodhaven

Late last week, the Woodhaven Residents' Block Association received an e-mail from a resident alerting us to the news that Community Board 9 was poised to vote on a pair of street changes that would greatly affect our community. We were caught by surprise as we would expect that any such change to be preceded by a public hearing and a presentation of some sort of traffic study. But no such hearing was ever held.
