Seeking to keep the character of its community while expanding opportunities on major corridors in the area, Board 9 approved a rezoning plan for Woodhaven and Richmond Hill at its Mar. 13. Most of the crowd, as well as members of the Woodhaven Residents Block Association and Board 9’s Land Use Committee, spoke in support of the proposal.
