Carousel tops talk at WRBA

Many issues were addressed at last Wednesday’s Woodhaven Block Association meeting, including the reopening of the Forest Park carousel, area sanitation issues on Jamaica and Atlantic Avenues, and the installation of speed humps on a few Woodhaven streets.
