Richmond Hill’s 102nd Precinct will set up at Buddy Monument, located at Park Lane South and Myrtle Avenue, at the entrance to Forest Park, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Ed Wendell, president of the Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association, and Wendy Browne, president of the Richmond Hill Block Association, will speak.
