The Woodhaven Residents' Block Association doesn't like the message graffiti sends about their neighborhood. So they're working to fix that -- one stroke at a time. "We tried to get out here and clean everything up, and hopefully we can stop it," said WRBA Vice President Janet Chan-Smith.
