Problems return to Woodhaven home

WRBA President Ed Wendell said in September that the owner has been out of contact for a long time and neighbors did not know who he is or where he lives. City records show the owner is a man by the name of Hector Sanchez and that he has received repeated violations from the city due to the situation at the house, but has done nothing to alleviate it.
