Determined to convince the City Districting Commission to put their neighborhood within a single City Council district, members of the Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association (WRBA) charted a course of action toward achieving that goal during their meeting last Saturday, Dec. 15, at the Woodhaven- Richmond Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
