Ed Wendell, president of the Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association, said he has not seen any outside repairs completed but has noticed ongoing first-floor renovations. “You can see that they’ve done a lot of work on the first floor when you pass by,” he said. “Renovations are still underway.”
