Fresh Thinking On Noise Woes

In last week’s column, I wrote about noise. That column described how the warmer months bring this scourge back to Woodhaven. Noise is such a large problem in Woodhaven that I’d like to focus on it for this week’s column too. This time instead of encouraging my neighbors to hang in there and to use 311, I’m encouraging our elected officials and city agencies to take action.
