The city has 6,000 fewer police officers since 2001, but that was anything but discouraging to the Woodhaven Residents Block Association (WRBA), who committed to taking a more active stance against crime at their meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 15 at the office of the Woodhaven-Richmond Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
