Noise complaints rise in Woodhaven

The residents of Woodhaven are making noise regarding the incessant racket in their neighborhood. The Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association (WRBA) submitted written testimony to the New York City Council's Committee on Environmental Protection recently promoting proposed legislation that would institute harsher fines for residential noise.
