Woodhaven residents lodge surge of complaints

The residents were mobilized by Woodhaven Residents Block Association president Ed Wendell and a few block initiative leaders, who urged neighbors to attend the council meeting, which was packed from wall to wall, quickly transforming it into a standing room-only gathering.
