Ed Wendell of the Woodhaven Residents’ Block Association has used social media and organized action-oriented events such as clean-ups and noise-buster campaigns to address neighborhood gripes. “I wish them luck and look forward to hearing what they are interested in working on,” Wendell said of the new group.
