He only needed one hand to pull off this heist! A one-armed bandit was caught on camera swiping a package from a Woodhaven home, cops and residents said. "It appears that he has one arm, I’d bet money on it. I think that it would help narrow it down," said Edward Wendell, 47, president of the Woodhaven Residents Block Association. "We hope this person is caught! This was a quirky crime, and the fact that it was caught on video is great."
