Protecting Children From Speeding Drivers

I have previously written in this newspaper to call for speed humps to slow speeding drivers on Woodhaven’s long, uninterrupted streets. I have also asked for NYPD surveillance cameras to crack down on hit-and-runs and other crimes. Albany took a positive—if limited—step last week to crack down on reckless drivers by approving speed cameras in school zones.
